A good time to try something new.
Good Morning,
Happy St George's Day!
St George had to pluck up a lot of courage to fight that dragon and it probably wasn't something that he did every day! We are all together in this unusual time of a complete change to our way of life and no doubt you are all doing new, courageous things that you have perhaps never done or tried before. It might be learning to play a new game, trying to become better at playing an instrument, writing stories or teaching someone something that you yourself know or can do, so that they are learning something new. I guess we are talking about those 'first time' moments that can make us feel so good that we have taken a risk and achieved something that we are proud of. This is an ideal time to have a go. Some of you are definitely becoming great cooks if Dexter's delicious banana cake, that lucky Mrs Laurie got to sample, is anything to go by!
We would love to hear about the 'new' skills/activities that you are practising and doing and the brilliant things that you are achieving. Have a great day!
P.S. 78% of pupils using TTRockstars over the last 30 days/month. Keep honing those number fact skills - this is an ideal time for you all to try to become Rock Legends!
