Get in Shape!
Dear Otters,
The title of our daily activity, 'Get in Shape!', has got me thinking about how we're keeping our bodies moving while we're at home. One of the things I am thankful for at the moment is that I go for a long walk and do yoga every single day. This helps to keep both my body and my mind healthy and happy.
