Thank a Teacher day

Wednesday 20th May 2020

National Thank a Teacher Day is a day when we, as a nation, can come together to say Thank You to teachers across the country who make a huge difference to young people’s lives - not just now during these unprecedented times - but every day! I have some amazing cards from Ethan and Abigail and seeing your answers everyday on the blog is brilliant.

But at the moment there are lots of teachers working so hard to get things ready Miss Edwards and Mrs Laurie are working tremendously hard to get the school ready for return, and I want to say a massive thank you to them! I also want to say thank you to you and all of your parents for your hard work and commitment to school. I can’t wait to see you all again.

    Hi Mr Ralph, today we are going to have a call with my granny and we are reading a book with her. In home learning we are doing earthquakes, volcanoes and maths. We're going to go on a bike ride, as always. I can thank mummy for doing home learning by giving her a MASSIVE hug and say "you're the best". From Ethan.

    To Mr Ralph Firstly I am going to do my homework, then I am going to do a red panda Lego set as I have been waiting and I am so excited to build it . Then I’m going to get a new bike as I am to tall for my old one, I am getting my new bike today , so we will be going on a bike ride. To thank my parents for being great teachers, I will do the washing up or some other housework for them, which I think they would like and hopefully they will have some time to relax . To show my thanks I would send them a card and write a thank you message in the card to show how much I appreciate what they do, hopefully it will make them very happy . From Holly

    I want to thank my mum for working so hard though this tough time. Luckily it’s going to be all over soon 😎(YAY) And I want to thank all the teachers for working still (even though they are +working at home 👍or school... ) I am sad that I cannot play with my friend but still we are in touch with each other which is good 🥳🥳🥳 See you all at school until next time Beau...

    Good morning Holly, wow I didn't know they did a red panda Lego set! you will have to take a picture when it's done to show us all.     Dear Mr Ralph, Hoping all is well and you are staying safe. I’m going on a bike ride after school to are park and then I will do some Lego like always and I will probably watch some TV (I watched Charlotte’s web this morning it was amazing I really recommend it) what have you been doing !     Hi Mr Ralph you are the best teacher I have ever had. I love how you teach us and you make make us all feel happy. And I like the treats you give us! Today I made a holiday in the garden I sat in the shade though it was to hot! Daddy made the paddling pool and I read my books and did some colouring. Tonight we are having a bbq.
